fix: improve quit confirmation UX with cancel option
...
- Add CANCEL option to QuitChoice enum
- Move cancel option to bottom of dialog (UI best practice)
- Fix escape key behavior to cancel instead of quit
- Update quit confirmation logic to handle cancellation
- Enable true two-step confirmation for Ctrl+C/Ctrl+D

- Add enableWelcomeBack boolean setting to settings schema with default true
- Update useWelcomeBack hook to respect the enableWelcomeBack setting
- Pass settings to useWelcomeBack hook in App component
- Update settings schema test to include the new enableWelcomeBack setting
- Allow users to disable the welcome back dialog through settings

- Add shouldFillInput and inputFillText state to useWelcomeBack hook
- When user selects 'continue previous work', pre-fill input with context prompt
- Allow users to review/edit the prompt before submitting
- Move input filling logic into useWelcomeBack hook for better encapsulation
